Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. After a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In just one year she obtained her professional license aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the youngest IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and returned with a sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any goals. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull downs. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this type of workout twice per week, with one day being a lighter weight as well as the second heavier weight day.
